Form Below Must be Filled out IN FULL and Submitted 1 Week Before the Event

Schedule Plan for Your Event:
1.) Arrival on time for Party or Event
2.) Children will have a 1 hr Fun Lesson
-During this time you will have time to bring in cake, decorations etc.
3.) After the 1 hr lesson there is 45min for cake and presents.
-participants are not allowed on the gym floor at this time.
4.) After 45 min Presents and Cake time is complete there is 15 min of semi organized free time while parent clean up.
Changes to this order and increased gym time may result in extra fees.

Base price $100 max 8 participants on the floor including the Birthday Boy/Girl

That is a 1 hr birthday lesson

Time for cake and presents

Saturday 1-3pm or 3:30-5:30

Other days by Special Request ($20 fee)

Remainder of time is free supervised time

Each group of 1-8 kids requires another coach

First 8 kids = $100

Next Group of 8 + $60 for total $160

More than 16 by special request

+$60 per Group of 8 based on coach availability

Rules:

-Only Birthday Participants registered on the form can be on the gym floor.

-No Extra Participants added on day of, more than 8 = increased fee.

-No Helium Balloons Period.

No Exceptions, Risk of fire with furnace intake

there is a $50 retrieval fee.

-No food, drinks or presents on the gym floor

-No Popcorn

-not following the above puts the participants or coach at risk and may result in cancelation without refund.
